Mr S Jaishankar, External Affairs Minister, called for urgent steps to address the issue of widening trade deficit between Russia and India on Monday in Mumbai. The export to Russia from India stood at USD 2.24 billion in April-August 2024, imports soared to USD 27.35 billion during the same period
