In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962 ), the Central
Government hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, New Delhi to be-
(i)the Commissioner of Customs(Import), New Custom House, Ballard Estate, Mumbai,
(ii)the Commissioner of Customs, Air Cargo Complex, New Custom House, New Delhi, and
(iii)the Commissioner of Customs, Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Mumbai
for the purpose of adjudicating the cases pertaining to the following parties/persons in respect of the show cause notice issued
