In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of
Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Tuglakabad, New Delhi to act
as,-
1. Commissioner of Customs (Import), Jawaharlal Nehru Pot Trust, NhavaSheva and;
2. Commissioner of Customs , (Import), New Custom House, Mumbai
for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s Siddhi Vinayak Enterprises,
27/168, Vikram Vihar, New Delhi, M/s Sheetla Enterprises, B-43, Lajpat Nagar-I, New Delhi and Others, issued vide
F.No.DRI/23/60/2005/DZU-Pt., dated the 17th November, 2005, by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue
Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit, B-4, 6th Floor, Paryavaran Bhawan, CGO Complex, New Delhi.
