S.O. (E). -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section
(1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby
appoints the Principal Commissioner/Commissioner of Customs, Nhava Sheva-I, Jawaharlal Nehru Custom
House, Nhava Sheva to act as a Common Adjudicating Authority to exercise the powers and discharge the
duties conferred or imposed on the following -

(i) the Principal Commissioner/Commissioner of Customs, Nhava Sheva-I, Jawaharlal Nehru
Custom House, Nhava Sheva, Tal Uran, Dist. Raigad, Maharashtra-400707;
(ii) the Principal Commissioner/Commissioner of Customs(IV), Air Cargo Complex-Export,
Sahar, Andheri(East), Mumbai-400099,

for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s Jindal Saw Ltd.,
Jindal Centre, 12, Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi-110066 issued vide Show Cause Notice number.
DRI/AZU/CI/ENQ-22(INT-06/2015)/2015, dated the 9
th
April, 2015 by the Additional Director General,
Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Zonal Unit, Ahmedabad.
