S.O. (E). -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section
(1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby
appoints the Additional Director General (Adjudication), Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, New Delhi
to act as a Common Adjudicating Authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or
imposed on -

(i) the Joint/Additional Commissioner of Customs (Import), ICD, Tughlakabad, New Delhi;
(ii) the Assistant/Deputy Commissioner of Customs, ICD, Faridabad, Haryana;
(iii) the Assistant/Deputy Commissioner of Customs (SeaPort-Import), Custom House, 60, Rajaji Salai,
Chennai;
(iv) the Assistant/Deputy Commissioner of Customs, ICD, Mulund, Mumbai, Maharashtra;
(v) the Commissioner of Customs,(Import), ICD, Tughlakabad, New Delhi;
(vi) the Joint/Additional Commissioner of Customs, ICD, Faridabad, Haryana;
(vii) the Joint/Additional Commissioner of Customs, ICD, Mulund, Mumbai, Maharashtra;
(viii) the Joint/Additional Commissioner of Customs, ICD, Patparganj, New Delhi;
(ix) the Joint/Additional Commissioner of Customs (Seaport-Import), Custom House, 60, Rajaji Salai,
Chennai;
(x) the Assistant/Deputy Commissioner of Customs(Import), ICD, Tughlakabad, New Delhi;
(xi) the Additional Commissioner of Customs(Import), ICD, Tughlakabad, New Delhi,

for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s. Om Enterprises,
Shop No.108, C-Block, Central Market, Mamchand Plaza, Bhiwadi, Rajasthan and others issued vide Show
Cause Notice number 23/93/2012-DZU(AJ)/3385-3424, dated the 4
th
July, 2015 by the Additional Director
General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit, Delhi.
