Notification No.36 /2012 -Central Excise
G.S.R. (E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5A of the Central Excise Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), the
Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further
amendments in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 12/2012-
Central Excise, dated the 17
th
March, 2012, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary vide number G.S.R.163 (E) dated
17
th
March, 2012, namely:-
In the said notification, in the Table, against Sl. No. 81, in the entry under column (3), for the words, letters and figures, "at
subsidised prices under the public distribution system Kerosene and Domestic LPG Subsidy Scheme, 2002 as notified by the
Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, vide notification No.P-20029/18/2001-PP, dated the 28th January, 2003" the words "by
the Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited or Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited." shall
be substituted.
