S.O. (E). -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-
section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and
Customs hereby appoints the Additional Director General (Adjudication), Directorate of Revenue
Intelligence, Mumbai to act as a Common Adjudicating Authority to exercise the powers and
discharge the duties conferred or imposed on -

(i) the Principal Commissioner of Customs (III)-(Air Cargo Complex-Import), Mumbai Zone-III;
(ii) the Commissioner of Customs, (Import-I), Mumbai, Zone-I;
(iii) the Commissioner of Customs, Kandla;
(iv) the Principal Commissioner of Customs, Mundra;
(v) the Commissioner of Customs, (Nhava Sheva-III), Mumbai, Zone-II;
(vi) the Commissioner of Customs, (Preventive), Jamnagar;
(vii) the Principal Commissioner of Customs (Port), Kolkata;
(viii) the Principal Commissioner of Customs (Airport and Air Cargo Complex), Kolkata;
(ix) the Principal Commissioner of Customs, Visakhapatnam;
(x) the Commissioner of Customs, (Preventive), Bhubaneshwar;
(xi) the Principal Commissioner of Customs, Air Cargo Complex, (Import), New Delhi;
(xii) the Commissioner of Customs (Preventive), West Bengal,

for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s Essar
Power Gujarat Limited, Salaya Administrative Bldg. 44 KM, P.B. No. 7, Jamnagar-Okha Highway,
Post Khambhaliya, Jamnagar District, Gujarat, M/s Essar Power M.P. Limited, Prakash Deep, 10
