S.O. (E). -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section
(1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby
appoints the Additional Director General (Adjudication), Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Mumbai to
act as a Common Adjudicating Authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or
imposed on -

(i) the Principal Commissioner of Customs (Port), Strand Road, Custom House, Kolkatta-700001;
(ii) the Principal Commissioner of Customs, Air Cargo Complex (Import), New Custom House,
Near IGI Airport, New Delhi – 110 037;
(iii) the Principal Commissioner of Customs (III), Air Cargo Complex (Import), Mumbai Zone III,
Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Andheri (East), Mumbai – 400099;
(iv) the Principal Commissioner of Customs (Nhava Sheva-I), Mumbai Zone II, Jawaharlal Nehru
Custom House, Nhava Sheva, Taluka Uran, Dist. Raigad, Maharashtra – 400707;
(v) the Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Patparganj and other Depots, ICD
Tughlakabad, New Delhi,

for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s.Idea Cellular
Ltd., 5
th
floor, “Windsor”, Off. CST Road, Kalina, Santacruz (East), Mumbai-400098 and others issued
vide Show Cause Notice number DRI/MZU/B/ENQ-2(INT-NIL)/2014, dated the 18
th
December, 2014 by
the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Mumbai Zonal Unit, Mumbai.
