Notification No. 71 /2005-Customs (N.T.)
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of
Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry
of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 61/94-Customs (N.T.), dated the 21
st
November, 1994, namely:-
In the Table, annexed to the said notification, against serial number 7 relating to Jammu and Kashmir, in column (4), for the
existing entries, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-
(1) (2) (3) (4)
"Unloading of imported goods and the loading of export goods or any class of such goods.".
