1975 (51 of 1975), the Central Government hereby rescinds the Customs Tariff (Transitional Product Specific Safeguard Duty)
Rules, 2002, published by Notification No. 34/2002-NT-CUSTOMS, dated the 11
th
June, 2002 in the Gazette of India,
Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide number G.S.R. 420 (E), dated the 11
th
June, 2002, except as respects
things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
