Notification No.44/2005-NT-Customs
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (aa) of sub-section (1) read with sub-section (2) of section 7 of the Customs Act,
1962( 52of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification
of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No.12/97-CUSTOMS (N.T.), dated the 2

April, 1997, namely :-
In the Table to the said notification, against serial number 1, relating to the State of Andhra Pradesh, after entry (vi) in column
(3) and the corresponding entries relating thereto in column (4), the following shall be inserted, namely :-
(3) (4)
"(vii) Ongole, Prakasam Districtloading of export goods".
