S.O. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and
sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise
and Customs hereby appoints the Additional Commissioner of Customs (Airport and Air
Cargo), Integrated Air Export Complex, Chennai to act as a Common Adjudicating Authority to
exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on-

(i) the Additional Commissioner of Customs (Airport and Air Cargo), Integrated Air
Export Complex, Chennai -600027;
(ii) the Additional Commissioner of Customs (Port-Imports), Custom House, 60 Rajaji
Salai, Chennai-600001,

for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s
VISTEON Automotive Systems India Private Ltd., Keelakaranai Village, Malrosapuram Post,
Chengalputtu, Chennai, issued vide F.No.23/83/2013-DZU (Pt. VISTEON)/2988 to 2992 dated
16.06.2014 by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi
Zonal Unit, New Delhi.
