का.आ.88(अ).— के न्द्रीय सरकार की, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अजधजनयम, 2016 (2016 का 11) की धारा 16 के साथ पठित
धारा 25 की उप-धारा (3), जिसे इसके पश्चात उक्त अजधजनयम कहा गया है, द्वारा प्रदत्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए,भारतीय मानक
ब्यूरो के साथ परामिव करने के पश्चात, यह राय है दक लोकजहत में ऐसा करना आर्श्यक या समीचीन है, इसके द्वारा एदिलोजनराइल-
ब्यूटाडीन स्ट्टाइरीन (एबीएस) (गुणर्त्ता जनयंत्रण) आदेि, 2021 में संिोधन करने के जलए र्ह जनम्नजलजखत आदेि करती है, अथावत्-
1. संजिप्त नाम, प्रारंभ और लागू होना - (1) इस आदेि को एदिलोजनराइल-ब्यूटाडीन स्ट्टाइरीन (एबीएस) (गुणर्त्ता जनयंत्रण) संिोधन
आदेि, 2022 कहा िाएगा।
(2) यह रािपत्र में उसके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रर्ृत्त होगा।
2. एदिलोजनराइल-ब्यूटाडीन स्ट्टाइरीन (एबीएस) (गुणर्त्ता जनयंत्रण) आदेि, 2021 में, पैरा 4 की सारणी को जनम्नानुसार

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 7th January, 2022
S.O.88(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 read with Sub-section (3) of section 25
of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central
Government after consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards, is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to
do in the public interest, hereby makes the following Order to amend the Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS)
(Quality Control) Order, 2021, namely:-
1. Short title, commencement and application. — (1) This order may be called the Acrylonitrile- Butadiene
Styrene (ABS) (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2022.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Acrylonitrile- Butadiene Styrene (ABS) (Quality Control) Order, 2021, the Table in para 4, shall be
substituted as under:
