Notification No.37/2005-NT-Customs
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 9AA of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), the Central
Government hereby appoints the Assistant Commissioner/Deputy Commissioner of Customs, Group 2B-I, in the
Commissionerate of Customs (Import), Mumbai, to exercise the powers and discharge the duties of Assistant Commissioner /
Deputy Commissioner of Customs (Refund), as the case may be, for the purpose of disposing of applications filed under sub-
section (2) of section 9AA of the said Act, within the jurisdiction of the Commissionerate of Customs (Import), Mumbai.
