G.S.R (E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the
Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of
India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No. 14/2002-Customs(N.T.), dated the 7
th
March, 2002, vide number
G.S.R. 170(E) published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), dated the 7
th
March, 2002
namely :-
(a) for Sl. No. 19 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted namely:-
(1)(2) (3)
"19Chief Commissioner of Central Excise, Cochin
(a) Cochin Central Excise;
(b) Calicut Central Excise and Customs;
(c) Thiruvanathapuram Central Excise and Customs;
(d) Cochin Customs; and
(e) Cochin Customs (Preventive)
(b) for Sl. No. 29 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted namely:-

"29Chief Commissioner of Customs, Bangalore
Bangalore Customs; and
Mangalore Customs.
