No. 16/2016 - Central Excise (N.T)

G.S.R. (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (3) of rule 19 of the
Central Excise Rules, 2002, the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the
following further amendments in the notification No. 42/2001- CE (NT), dated the 26th June
2001, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide
number G.S.R. 471(E), dated the 26th June, 2001, namely: -
In the said notification, in paragraph 2, in clause (v), in sub-clause (b), for the word,
figures and letters, “section 11AB”, the word, figures and letters, “section 11AA” shall be
substituted.
