G.S.R. (E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the
Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further
amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 12/2012-
Customs, dated the 17
th
March, 2012 which was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, vide G.S.R. 185(E), dated
the 17
th
March, 2012, namely: -
In the said notification,-
(a) in the Table, after the S. No. 104A and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and the entries shall be
inserted, namely:-
(1)(2) (3) (4)(5)(6)
"104B2304 De-oiled soya extractNil--
2305Groundnut oil cake/oil cake mealNil --
230630Sunflower oil cake/oil cake mealNil --
230690Canola oil cake /oil cake mealNil --
230690Mustard oil cake/oil cake mealNil --"
(b) in the proviso, after clause (ba) the following clause shall be inserted, namely:-
"(bb) the goods specified against serial number 104B of the said Table on or after the first day of October, 2013".
