G.S.R. (E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1A) of section 86 of the Finance Act 1994 (32 of 1994) ,
the Board hereby constitutes the following Committees consisting of two Commissioners of Central Excise mentioned in
column (2) of the Table below to be the Committees , for the areas falling within the jurisdiction of the Commissioners of
Central Excise (Appeals) mentioned in the corresponding entry in column(3) of the said Table for the purpose of sub-section
(2A) of the said section .
