G.S.R. (E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the
Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further
amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 12/2012-
Customs, dated the 17
th
March, 2012 which was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, vide G.S.R. 185(E), dated
the 17
th
March, 2012, namely: -
In the said notification, in the table, after the S. No. 22 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely:-
(1)(2) (3) (4) (5)(6)
"22A0801 32 10 All goodsRs.60 per kg or 45%, whichever is higher--
22B0801 32 20, 0801 32 90All goodsRs.75 per kg or 45%, whichever is higher--".
