G.S.R. ... (E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975),
the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Customs Tariff [Determination of Origin of
Goods under the Preferential Trade Agreement between the Governments of Member States of the Association of Southeast
Asian Nations (ASEAN) and the Republic of India] Rules, 2009, namely:-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Customs Tariff [Determination of Origin of Goods under the Preferential Trade
Agreement between the Governments of Member States of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and the
Republic of India] Second Amendment Rules, 2010.
(2) These rules shall come into effect on the 1
st
day of June 2010.
2. In the Customs Tariff [Determination of Origin of Goods under the Preferential Trade Agreement between the
Governments of Member States of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and the Republic of India] Rules,
2009, in Annexure IV, after S.No. 3, the following S. No. and entries shall be inserted, namely:-
"S.No.Name of the Country
4.The Socialist Republic of Viet Nam
5.The Union of Myanmar"
