G.S.R. (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1B) of section 129A of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962),
the Board hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of Government of India, Ministry of Finance,
Department of Revenue, No. 39/2005-Customs (N.T.), dated the 13th May, 2005 namely:-
In the said notification, in the Table for the serial number 33 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted,
namely:-
