Notification No.16/2006-Central Excise (N.T.)
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and sub-section (2) of section 4A of the Central Excise Act, 1944 (1 of
1944), the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the
following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue)
No. 2/2006-Central Excise (N.T.), dated the 1

March, 2006, G.S.R. 113(E), dated the 1
st
March, 2006, namely:-
In the said notification, in the Table, against S.No.28, for the entry in column 2, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
"2403 99 10, 2403 99 20 or 2403 99 30".
