Notification No. 70/2003 - Customs ( N.T )
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (aa) of sub-section(1) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the
Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of
India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No.12/97-CUSTOMS (N.T.), dated the 2
nd
April, 1997, namely :-
In the Table to the said notification, in column (1), after S.No.5 A relating to the State of Jharkhand and the entries relating
thereto in columns (2), (3) and (4), the following serial number and the entries shall be inserted, namely:-
(1)(2) (3) (4)
"5BJammu and KashmirBari Brahmana, JammuUnloading of imported goods and loading of export goods"
