Notification No.133/2004-Customs (N.T.)
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1A) of section 75 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central
Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry
of Finance (Department of Revenue), No.44/91-Customs(N.T.), dated the 30
th
May, 1991, namely:-
In the said notification, in the Table, -
(i) Sl. No. 7 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted;
(ii) Sl. No.21 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted;
(iii) Sl. No.22 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted;
(iv) Sl. No.25 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted;
(v) Sl. No.33 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted;
(vi) Sl. No.77 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted;
(vii) after Sl. No. 99 and the entries relating thereto, the following Sl. No. and the entry shall be inserted:-
"100. Raw Wool".
