G.S.R. ________ (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 151B
of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby directs that provisions
of the said section 151B shall apply to the agreement or arrangement specified in column (3)
of the Table below entered with the contracting State specified in the corresponding entry of
column (2) of the said Table, subject to the conditions, exceptions or qualifications specified
in the said agreement or arrangement, namely:-
