Notification No. 78/2021-Customs (ADD)

G.S.R (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1), (2) and (5) of section 9A of the
Customs Tariff Act,1975 (51 of 1975), read with rules 13, 18 and 20 of the Customs Tariff (Identification,
Assessment and Collection of Anti-Dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury)
Rules, 1995, the Central Government, hereby directs that each of the notifications of the Government of
India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), specified in column (2) of the Table below shall
be amended in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table, namely: -

wherever it occurs, the figures” 7019”
shall be substituted.

6. Notification No. 20/2021-Customs (ADD)

in the said notification, for the figures “3907
20” or “3907.20”, wherever it occurs, the

in the said notification,-
(i) for the words “tariff item”, wherever it
occurs, the word “heading” shall be
substituted;
(ii) for the figure “3824 78 00”, wherever it

substituted.

2. This notification shall come into effect from the 1
st
of January, 2022.
