S.O. (E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the
Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Additional Commissioner of
Customs, Commissionerate of Customs (Preventive), Jodhpur, Hqrs at NCR Building, Statue Circle C-Scheme, Jaipur to act
as a Common Adjudicating Authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on-
(i) the Additional Commissioner of Customs, Commissionerate of Customs (Preventive), Jodhpur, Hqrs at NCR Building,
Statue Circle C-Scheme, Jaipur and;
(ii) the Assistant/Deputy Commissioner of Customs, IGI Airport, New Delhi,
for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to Mr. Liyakat Ali Khan, Ms. Rubina Ali
Khan, D-42, 1

floor, Zakir Nagar West, New Delhi and others issued vide , DRI F.No. 840/JPR/19-X/2011/309 dated the

February, 2013 by the Additional Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Regional Unit, Jaipur.
