Notification No. 54/2021 - Customs

of December, 2021

G.S.R. ….(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act,
1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do,
hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of
Finance (Department of Revenue), No.46/2011-Customs, dated the 1
st
June, 2011, published in the official
Gazette, vide number G.S.R. 423 (E), dated the 1
st
June, 2011, namely:-
In the said notification, in the Table, -
(i) against serial number 80, for the entry in column (5), the entry “48.0” shall be substituted;
(ii) against serial number 81, for the entry in column (5), the entry “48.0” shall be substituted;
(iii) against serial number 83, for the entry in column (5), the entry “51.0” shall be substituted;
(iv) against serial number 124, for the entry in column (5), the entry “41.0” shall be substituted; and
(v) against serial number 125, for the entry in column (5), the entry “51.0” shall be substituted.

2. This notification shall come into force with effect from the 1
st
day of January, 2022.
