In pursuance of sub-clause (i) of clause (a) of sub-section (3) of section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), Board
hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of
Revenue No.40/2003-NT-CUS. [S.O.729 (E)] dated 25

June, 2003 (import goods), namely:-
In the Schedule-I of the said Notification for serial No.6 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted,
namely:-
