June 2015 in Gazette of India, Extra-ordinary, Part-II, section 3, sub-
section (i), and as amended by notification No. 133/2015-Customs (N.T.), published vide number
G.S.R. 916(E) dated 30
th
November 2015 in Gazette of India, Extra-ordinary, Part-II, section 3,
sub-section (i), issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue,
under clause (a) of section 152 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Principal Director
General, Revenue Intelligence, hereby makes the following amendments in the Notification No.
43/2020-Customs (N.T./CAA/DRI) dated 10.09.2020 published vide S.O. 3125(E) dated
14.09.2020.
In the Table to the said notification, against serial number 4 and 5, in column 3 and column 4, for
the existing entries, “F. No. DRI/CZU/VIII/48/Enq-1/Int-10/2019 dated 10.08.2020 read with
corrigendum cum 2nd Supplementary SCN dated 14.09.2020”, “Joint/Additional Commissioner
of Customs (Chennai-II), Custom House, Chennai” and “DRI/CZU/VIII/48/Enq-1/Int-8/2019
dated 28.07.2020 read with corrigendum cum 2nd Supplementary SCN dated 14.09.2020”,
“Joint/Additional Commissioner of Customs (Chennai-II), Custom House, Chennai” shall be
substituted respectively.
