Notification No.115/2004-Customs(N.T.)
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of
Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs(Adjudication), New Customs House, Mumbai- to act as;
(i)Commissioner of Customs( Exports), New Customs House, Mumbai;
(ii)Commissioner of Customs, Custom House, Coimbatore ;
(iii)Commissioner of Customs, Custom House , Cochin , and (iv) Commissioner of Customs, Tuticorin ,
for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s. Vision Inc., K-53A, Basement,
Kalkaji , New Delhi & Others issued vide, F. No 50C/11/2003, dated the 31

March, 2004, by the Assistant Director( CI),
Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, New Delhi.
