This notification appoints the Commissioner of Customs, Jaipur to be the Commissioner of Customs, to exercise the powers
of the Commissioner of Customs (Export Promotion), New Custom House, Mumbai for specified purposes

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 9162), the Central
Government hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs, Jaipur to be the Commissioner of Customs, to exercise the
powers of the Commissioner of Customs (Export Promotion), New Custom House, Mumbai as the case may be,
Commissioner of Customs (Air Cargo), New Delhi, under the said Act and the rules made thereunder for the purpose of
adjudication of the seizure cases pertaining to M/s. Rasramparia Synthetics Limited, Bhiwadi, District Alwar (Rajasthan) for the
import of capital goods made under EPCG Licence No. and date given in column No. (2) of the table below and the Bill of Entry
No. and date specified in the corresponding entry in Column (3) of afore said table, from the Port of import specified in
corresponding Entry in Column (4) of the said table.
