G.S.R. (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the
Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs, hereby
makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India,
Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 82/2017-Customs (N.T.), dated the 24
th

August, 2017, published vide number G.S.R. 1064(E), dated the 24th August, 2017, namely:—
In the said notification, in Table–2, for serial number 7 and the entries relating thereto, the
following shall be substituted, namely:—

2. This notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official
