Notification No.26/2002-Customs
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act,1962(52 of 1962), the Central
Government being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendments in the
notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance(Department of Revenue) No. 25/99-Customs,dated the 28th
February,1999,namely:-
In the said notification, in the Table,-
(i)
in
List
A,-
(a)
against S.No.2, in the entry in column(3), for the words "Potassium Carbonate", the words "Potassium
Carbonate/Potassium Nitrate (prilled)" shall be substituted;
(b)
against S.No.92, for the entry in column (3), the following shall be substituted, namely :-
" Beryllium Copper rods/strips/sheets/wire/ foils, with or without plating ; Rectangular Profile Brass
material(CuZn39Pb2)" ;
(c)
against S.No.94, in the entry in column (3), for the words "Continuous cast copper wire rod", the words "Continuous
cast copper wire rod/copper scrap" shall be substituted;
(d)
against S.No.107, in the entry in column (4), for the letters and words "RF/IF Coils or transformers and" , the letters and
words "RF/IF Coils; Transformers (other than Power transformers);" shall be substituted;
