S.O. 4035 (E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (b) and (c) of sub -
section (1) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of
Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the
notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of
Revenue), number 63/94-CUSTOMS (N.T), dated the 21
st
November, 1994,
published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii),
vide number S.O. 830 (E), dated the 21
st
November, 1994, namely:-
In the said notification, -
(A) in the opening paragraph, after the tenth proviso, the following proviso shall be
inserted, namely : -
“Provided also that the Raiganj Railway Station is appointed as land customs station
only for the purpose of export of goods from India.”;

(B) in the TABLE, against serial number 2 relating to the land frontier of Bangladesh,
in column 3 after item (56) and the corresponding entries relating thereto in columns
(3) and (4), the following item number and entries shall respectively be inserted,
namely:-

का.आ. 4035 (अ)- सीभाशुल्क अधधननमभ, 1962 (1962 का 52) की धाया 7 की उऩधाया (1) के
उऩिाक्म (ख) औय (ग) द्िाया प्रदत्त शक्क्तमों का प्रमोग कयते हुए कें द्रीम उत्ऩाद शुल्क एिं
सीभाशुल्क फोर्ड, बायत सयकाय, वित त भंत्रारम (याजस्ि विबाग) की ददनांक 21 निंफय, 1994 की
अधधसूचना सं. 63/94-सीभाशुल्क (गै.टे), जो कक का.आ. सं. 830 (अ) के अंतगडत बायत के याजऩत्र,
असाधायण के बाग ।।, खंर् 3, उऩखंर् (ii) भें ददनांक 21 निंफय 1994 को प्रकाशशत की गई थी, भें,
एतत्द्िाया, ननभ नशरखखत अनतरयक्त संशोधन कयता है, अथाडत:-
उक्त अधधसूचना भें;
(क) प्रायंशबक ऩैयाग्राप भें दसिें ऩयंतुक के ऩश्चात, ननम्नशरखखत ऩयंतुक को अंत:स थावऩत ककमा
जाएगा:-
“फशते मह बी कक यामगंज येरिे स्टेशन को शसपड बायत से िस्तुओं के ननमाडत के शरए
बूसीभाशुल्क कें द्र के रूऩ भें स्थावऩत ककमा जाए ।”;

(ख) सायणी भें, फांग्रादेश की बू-सीभा से संफंधधत क्र.सं. 2 के सभऺ कॉरभ (3) भें, भद (56) के
ऩश्चात तथा कॉरभ (3) एिं (4) भें इससे संफंधधत दी गई प्रविक्टट भें, ननम्नशरखखत भद एिं
प्रविक्टिमों को अंत: स्थावऩत ककमा जाएगा, मथा:-

दटऩ ऩणी:- प्रधान अधधसूचना, बायत के याजऩत्र असाधायण भें ददनांक 21 निंफय 1994 की
अधधसूचना सं. 63/94-सीभाशुर क (गै.टे) के अंतगडत ददनांक 21 निंफय 1994 की का.आ. 830 (अ)
के तहत प्रकाशशत की गई थी औय इसभें, ददनांक 13 अक्टूफय, 2016 की अधधसूचना सं. 125/2016-
सीभाशुर क (गै.टे.) जो कक ददनांक 13 अक्टूफय, 2016 को का.आ. 3195 (अ) के अंतगडत प्रकाशशत
की गई थी, के अंतगडत अंनतभ फाय संशोधन ककमा गमा था।
