G.S.R. (E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the
Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further
amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 12/2012-
Customs, dated the 17
th
March, 2012 which was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, vide G.S.R. 185(E) dated the
17
th
March, 2012, namely: -
In the said notification, -
i. in the table, after the S. No. 104 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely:-
"104A De-oiled soya extract2304Nil--
Groundnut oil cake/oil cake meal2305 Nil--
Sunflower oil cake/oil cake meal230630 Nil--
Canola oil cake /oil cake meal230690 Nil--
Mustard oil cake/oil cake meal230690 Nil--
ii. in the proviso to the table, after clause (b) following shall be inserted, namely:-
(ba) the goods specified against serial no. 104A of the said Table on or after the first day of April, 2013";
