Notification No. 37/2024-Customs

G.S.R. (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the
Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in
the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of
the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 27/2011-
Customs dated the 1
st
March, 2011, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II,
Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 153(E), dated the 1
st
March, 2011, namely :-
In the said notification, in the Table,
(i) after S. No. 25 and the entries relating thereto, the following S. Nos. and the entries shall
be inserted, namely: -

(ii) S. Nos. 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 38A, 38B, 39 and the entries
relating thereto shall be omitted.
2. This notification shall come into effect on the 24
th
day of July, 2024.
