Notification No. 110 / 2001-Customs
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) of section 3A of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975( 51 of 1975), the Central
Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, makes the following further amendment in the
notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue), No. 19/2001-Customs, dated the 1
st
March, 2001, namely:-
In the said notification, in the Table, after S.No. 7 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely:-
(1)(2) (3) (4)
"7A.26Gold concentrate imported by a gold refinery for refining into goldNil";
2. This notification shall come into force on the 24
th
day of October, 2001.
