Notification No. 37/2018 – Customs

G.S.R. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the
Customs Act,1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in
the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification
of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No.
57/2017- Customs, dated the 30th June, 2017, published in the Gazette of India,
Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide, number G.S.R. 798 (E), dated the 30th
June, 2017, namely:-

In the said notification, in the Table,-
(i) after serial number 5 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial
numbers and entries shall be inserted, namely:-

“5A. 8517 70 90,
8525 80 20,
8525 80 90,

(ii) against serial number 6, in column (3), the items (i), (ii) and (iii) shall be
omitted;
(iii) after serial number 6 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial
numbers and entries shall be inserted, namely:-
