Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Import), New Custom House, Mumbai Port, Mumbai to
act as Commissioner of Customs (Air Cargo - Import),Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Mumbai , for the purposes of adjudicating
the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Ltd, H-9, Green Park
