S.O. (E). - In pursuance of notification No. 60/2015-Customs (N.T.), published vide number
G.S.R. 453(E), dated 4

June 2015 in Gazette of India, Extra-ordinary, Part-II, section 3, sub-section
(i), and as amended by notification No. 133/2015-Customs (N.T.), published vide number G.S.R.
916(E) dated 30

November 2015 in Gazette of India, Extra-ordinary, Part-II, section 3, sub-section
(i), issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, under clause (a)
of section 152 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Director General, Revenue Intelligence,
hereby makes the following amendment in the Notification No.128/2016-Customs (N.T.) dated
25.10.2016published vide S.O. 3303 (E) dated 25.10.2016.
In the said notification, against serial number 11, in column 6 for the existing words,“Principal
Commissioner/ Commissioner of Customs (II), Custom House, Chennai”shall be substituted.

his letter F. No. VIII/26/414/2007 dated 12.02.2020 andwith the request to inform the noticee
to the show cause notice dated 05.08.2009, regarding change of Common Adjudicating
Authority. It is also requested to send the case file alongwith copy of SCN, RUDs and
acknowledgement of the Show Cause Notice to the Common Adjudicating Authority appointed.
