In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby
appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Export), Jawahar Customs House, Nhava Sheva, to act in each of the matters
specified in columns (2) and (3) of the Table below as officer specified in corresponding entry in column (4) of the said Table
for the purpose of adjudication of the matters relating to the Show Cause Notices issued by Additional Director General,
