S.O. ... (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of
1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the
Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 63/1994-Customs (N.T.) [S.O. 830(E)], dated the
21

November, 1994, namely:-
In the said notification,-
(a) in the opening paragraph, after the fourth proviso, the following provisos shall be inserted, namely:-
"Provided also that Loksan and Nagarkata are appointed as Land Customs Stations only for the import of Ginger, Orange and
Cardamom and Kulkuli Land Customs Station is appointed for the import of Oranges only :
Provided also that the trade through Loksan, Nagarkata and Kulkuli Land Customs Stations shall be allowed between the
period of 1

day of August to the 31
st
day of March every year".
(b) in the TABLE, against serial number 3 relating to the Land Frontier of Bhutan, in the entries under columns 3 and 4,
after the existing entries, the following entries shall respectively, be inserted, namely:-
(1)(2)(3) (4)
"(6) LoksanRoad connecting Loksan bazaar in India to Bhimtar in Bhutan through Chengmari Tea Estate in India
(7) NagarkataRoad connecting Nagarkata bazar in India to Jiti in Bhutan through Jiti Tea Estate in India
(8) KulkuliRoad connecting Kulkuli bazaar in India to Lhamoizingkha in Bhutan".
