Notification No. 3/2001- Central Excise (N.T.)
In pursuance of sub-rule (2) of rule 49 and rule 139 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes
the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue
and Insurance), No. 266/67 - Central Excise, dated the 28
th
November, 1967 ( G.S.R. 1771, dated the 28
th
November, 1967),
namely :-
In paragraph 2 of the said notification, in clause (i), after sub-clause (zzzr), the following sub-clause shall be inserted, namely :-
" (zzzs) Metagalli, Siddalingpura Village Panchayat, Mysore."

1. This notification seeks to extend inter-warehousing movement of Petroleum Products and Lubricant to and from
Metagalli, Siddalingpura Village Panchayat, Mysore..
