NOTIFICATION NO. 76/2006 - CUSTOMS (N.T)
G.S.R.392(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 79 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central
Government makes the following rules further to amend the Baggage Rules,1998, namely:-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Baggage (Amendment) Rules, 2006.
(2) They shall come into force on the 30
th
day of June, 2006.
2. In the Baggage Rules, 1998, in Annexure IV, after serial number 14, the following shall be inserted, namely:-
Poonch District:
(15) Chakan-da-bagh
