Notification No. 07 /2012 - Customs
G.S.R.127(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the
Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment
in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 104/2009-Customs,
dated the 14
th
September, 2009, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide
number G.S.R. 674(E), dated the 14
th
September, 2009, namely :-
In the said notification, -
In the opening paragraph, in condition (1), for the expression "made during 2009-10, 2010-11 or 2011-12 or against exports of
the products mentioned below made during 2010-11 or 2011-12", the expression "made during 2009-10, 2010-11, 2011-12
or 2012-13 or against exports of the products mentioned below made during 2010-11, 2011-12 or 2012-13" shall be
substituted.
