Notification No. 15/2020-Customs

G.S.R. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by section 111 of Finance Act, 2018 (13
of 2018), read with sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the
Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby
makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry
of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 18/2019-Customs, dated the 6
th
July, 2019, published
in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R.
475 (E), dated the 6
th
July, 2019, namely:-
In the said notification, in the Table,-
(i) against Sl. No. 1, for the entry in column (4), the entry “Rs. 10 per litre” shall be
substituted;
(ii) against Sl. No. 2, for the entry in column (4), the entry “Rs. 10 per litre” shall be
substituted;
2. This notification shall come into force with effect from the 14
th
March, 2020.
