G.S.R (E) In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of section 2 of the Central
Excise Act, 1944 (1 of 1944) read with sub-rule (1) of rule 3 of the Central Excise Rules, 2002,
the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the
notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue),
namely:-
1. In the notification no. 38/2001-Central Excise(N.T.), dated the 26
th
June, 2001, in the TABLE,
for sl. nos. 1, 2, 3, & 5 and the entries relating thereto, the following sl. nos. and entries shall
respectively be substituted, namely :-
