S.O. (E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the
Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following amendment in the
notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, vide, number S.O. 1776 (E), dated the 17
th
October 2007, Published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), namely:-
In the said notification, for the words, brackets and figures, " and Commissioner of Customs (Imports), Nhava Sheva (ii)", the
brackets, figures, and words "(ii) Commissioner of Customs (imports), Nhava Sheva and (iii) Commissioner of Customs,
Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, New Delhi", shall be substituted.
