Notification No.35/2002-Customs (N.T.)
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of
Excise and Customs hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of
Finance, Department of Revenue No. 14/2002-Customs(N.T.), dated the 7
th
March, 2002, namely:-
In the Table to the said notification,
(a) for Sl.No. 1 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
(1) (2) (3)
"1.
Chief Commissioner of Central Excise,
Delhi
Commissioners of Central Excise, Delhi-I, Delhi-II, Delhi-III, Delhi-IV, Panchkula and
Rohtak.";
(b) for Sl.No. 5 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

"5.Chief Commissioner of Central Excise, Shillong
Commissioners of Central Excise, Dibrugarh and Shillong;
Commissioner of Customs (Preventive), Shillong.";
(c) for Sl.No. 13 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

"13.Chief Commissioner of Central Excise, PuneCommissioners of Central Excise, Pune-I, Pune-II, Pune-III and Goa. ";
(d) for Sl.No. 16 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

Ahmedabad
Commissioners of Central Excise, Ahmedabad-I, Ahmedabad-II, Ahmedabad-III,
Bhavnagar and Rajkot.";
(e) for Sl.No. 17 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

(f) for Sl.No. 18 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

(g) for Sl.No. 20 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

Commissioners of Central Excise, Hyderabad-I, Hyderabad-II, Hyderabad-III
and Hyderabad-IV.";
(h) for Sl.No. 21 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

(i) for Sl.No. 22 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

Commissioners of Central Excise, Chennai-I, Chennai-II, Chennai-III, Chennai-IV
and Pondicherry.";
(j) for Sl.No. 23 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

Commissioners of Central Excise, Coimbatore, Madurai, Salem, Thirunelveli
and Tiruchirapalli.";
(k) for Sl.No. 25 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

(l) for Sl.No. 26 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

Commissioners of Customs, (Import) Nhava Sheva and Container Freight Station Mulund,

(m) for Sl.No. 33 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

Commissioners of Customs, (Airport) Mumbai, (Preventive) Mumbai and
Pune.";
(n) for Sl.No. 34 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

"34.Chief Commissioner of Customs, (Preventive), ChennaiCommissioners of Customs, Tuticorin and Tiruchirapalli.".
